I have a Merida E160 900E and my wife has a E120 800 with Di2.

Huh. I have bought my wife the eone twenty too (500 though). I'm waiting on my eone sixty 900e... Was due in May but mix up with the supplier means it won't arrive until August.
Any learnings worth sharing so far?
