North Lancs here. Gisburn is ok but i would say Grizedale off piste stuff is a lot better if not tried yet already. Also whinlatter is really good( when lockdown ends :) )

..I would agree ( but aren't they in the Lake District, Cumbria ).
I'm also looking forward to getting back to Whinlatter with an ebike
There is also some great riding to be had out of Hawkshead on the bridleways in that area..and from where I live in Northumberland they are within a couple of hours driving ..on a good day !
( I've never tried Gisburn ..but I've been told its too short a ride to make a dedicated journey there ?)..
Welcome Strive ..hope your bike is with you soon ..

yeah Whinlatter is an brilliant place but like you say that’s lakes. Gisburn is alright but nothing mega. I love riding my local stuff, Rivington, Winter Hill and Great Hill area as loads of trails if you know where to look.
I cancelled the Spesh and went YT Decoy. Delivered back in Oct, loving it!
