I am new to this forum, although in years (60+) but have been biking for 40 years. In the last few years I have also switched to electric bikes due to health issues and with the new technology has come a whole new set of problems. With my first Specialized LEVO 2018 I replaced 3 batteries under warranty, with the SCOTT GENIUS ERIDE 900 TUNED 2020 a bolt broke off in the motor and the frame cracked as a result. Now I have a new TREK RAIL 9.8 XT and with the new bike came new problems.
