hi how many people on here have a speed chip of some sort? I've had 2 ebikes this year one trek 2019 and Scott 2020. I've put a chip on both and both something went wrong on the Scott it needed new motor what i got under warranty. just a little worried about putting chip back on. its s speed box 3.0 for the scott.

I've seen a special device that allows specialized bikes have a mechanical device but it would show up half the speed and clock half the miles on the display
