I thought he might be from the USofA. I have noticed that Americans tend to assume that everyone knows the abbreviations for all the states. There's 50 of them (currently!), so it's more than few.

Im sorry for the confusion, PR stands for Puerto Rico, it is located in the middle of central america and it is a USA Territory.. Hello all.
