Help with bike frame sizing please.

Okay, I’m 178cm (5’10”) tall and weigh 67kg, I’d like advice on which frame size to aim for as it seems that I’m right on the upper limit for most medium sizes and at the bottom of a lot of the large frame ranges. The other factor that may be worth mentioning is that I am 75 years old.
Is there any one that can offer advice please. Cheers

I’m 5’-9” (175 cm), 165lbs (75kg) and almost 64. I’m on the border of those two sizes as well. However, I have long legs and arms and a shorter torso. The Specialized website has a fitting guide where you can enter some measurements other than just height to help you out. My long legs bumped me up to a large (S4) Gen 4 Specialized Turbo Levo and after test riding an S3 (medium) and S4, the S4 fit me the best. If you can, test riding the different sizes is the best way to determine which size is best for you.
