Levo Gen 2 Help me figure out where this rubber washer goes.

Was swapping in a spare battery I picked up and found this washer on the floor after. It was dirty and appears to have come off the bike somewhere. My only thought was between the frame and battery but then I don’t think the battery bolt would be long enough.
Any thoughts where this came from?

^^ Yep, it's a shipping spacer between the battery and its cover (to mimic the frame)

My new battery came with one of these. It's a pain to slip in between the battery and the cover. I left it out and the cover seemed to fit tighter that way anyway.
