Hello and a Ride control app question

Hi all, a newby here looking for help. I have a 2019 Giant fathom e-3. Anyone had issues with the ride control app? when saving a ride it says no gps. the gps is working on the ride, when I stop and check its mapping my ride but somewhere in the save process its going wrong. On my phone location services is enabled, I have re-installed the app etc.

I don't know the solution however I had the exact same issue yesterday, so you are not alone.
I uploaded both my rides to Strava from the Giant RideControl app and it showed the maps in Strava, so that is kind of a temporary workaround.

Thanks for that, I suppose the app is pretty new and it may be a bug that will be fixed. I went to the app store to write a review to draw the developers attention to it and when i start writing the review the send button greys off! Anyway, might look at joining Strava as a work around. Loving the new bike in any case.
