I have a brand new heckler sl. The motor stops engaging once accelerate over 10 mph. Obviously it’s supposed to cut after 20 mph. Has anyone run into this issue? I’ve calibrated the speed sensor and checked for any motor faults through the toolbox software. Firmware is up to date too. Thanks!

Make sure the speed sensor doesn’t have too big of a gap between rotor magnet and sensor. An easy way to check this is open the app and ride the bike. You should see speed and cadence work.

If the app doesn’t show the motor assisting you while in there, that is also a sign that the motor is bad.

The app is monitoring and showing my speeds appropriately. I even verified with a different speedometer app on my phone. I’ll take a look at the speed sensor positioning though!
