Hi gurus, has anyone actually transferred an extended warranty on a levo to a new owner? i have a levo 2019, so I’m assuming the warranty was extended to 4 years and ends in 2023. So how do I transfer it?

Yes. Just give them the receipt and then they can call rider care or bring the receipt with them when they go to LBS for a warranty claim.

My 2022 Levo was transferred to my name from the original owner and I have made a warranty claim. Specialised only needed the original receipt. No issues at all.

I do wonder what the term 'original receipt' actually means.
A paper copy?
An invoice?
An email?
A credit card receipt with the right amount of money on it?

I was given a photo of a bike shop invoice. No details that it actually referenced the bike serial number I bought.
It could of been anyone's tbh.
Fortunately I've not needed to use it yet.
