Levo Gen 3 Handlebar and Stem Height

2022 Gen 3 Levo Question...how do I raise the stem? I'd like to raise the stem a bit but the multitool compartment is interfering with my rookie mechanical skills. Does anyone have a YouTube video reference?

You have to undo the bolt underneath the steerer tube. It's basically upside down.
