Owned my haibike fullnine for a few years bought new online during the lockdown. Had issues with the battery lock from day one and the error 71 code familiar to haibike Yamaha system. I'm now in the position of the insert threads in the lock are knackered and even the socket screw spins with the bolt trapped in the lower cover (crap stainless hardware and moulded plastics not a great mix)
What I'm wondering is can you actually buy haibike parts in the UK (all dealers I have approached have been hopeless if the bike is not bought from them) or secondary is there a lock delete aftermarket kit developed to remove the issue ?
