Levo Gen 2 going crazy about levo problems

guys, need help
got a terrible cracking noise in my levo... it's a base 2021, with many mods done by my LBS
got a new motor after 150km (some sensor was broken)
now i got this noise coming from the frame, almost impossble to ride without going crazy. i was at my lbs yesterday and they found out that they used a 8mm bushing instead of 6mm on the upper damper mount and thought the noise came frome there... but no, it is still there. i find to hear / feal something loose, maybe the battery when going really fast on the trail... the noise also comes when not heavy damping, like just going uphill easily, every little bump is forcing the cracking noise

any suggestions? bike is a bit more than one month old...

To me it sounded as if it was coming from your shocks.

If you can't find anything external, might want to remove fork/shock or both, take out most of the pressure and cycle them off the bike, on the floor etc. That was how I found my front fork was faulty, and rattling. Rockshox replaced the damper side under warranty. You might want to inspect your shock mount hardware too for wear/play.

I'd check brake caliper / disc bolts etc too, and also the headset free play.

hi Guys

thank you all for your help. after all it is a faulty fork and i will need to send it in. i mounted my fox 36 and now the bike feels completely different. i think i will keep this setup.

unfortunetaly i am having the same "knock" noise coming again from second motor. it only appears when i restart pedaling after a brake (so not happening when pedaling continously). it feels like the freewheel would stroke in and then i hear loud noise and i even can feel it in the pedals (sounds same when the dropper goes up, just for your imagination) i have it maybe 2-3 times per ride, mostly in lower gears standing up and pedaling hard. apart from that motor is working fine and quietly, no cut offs. is this normal?
