Has anyone had problems with glazed pads? After cleaning and sanding they still glaze. Are some pad compounds more susceptible than others?

Glazing can happen if you don't bed the pads in properly.
If the pads have glazed and you have cleaned and sanded them, then clean and sand the discs as well. Then bed them in properly.
