Giant Yukon E+ info?

I'm intrigued by the Giant Yukon E+ fatbike. Seems like a good spec with a Mastodon fork, big battery, etc. It only seems available in Canada and not in the US.
Anybody have any inside information as to if it will become available in the US? Think I can get a Canadian shop to ship one to me?
I emailed Giant and all I got back was they "don't know why it's Canada only". I'm sure it's because they don't think they can sell enough of them (based on the blowout pricing on the analog Yukons, they seriously over-estimated the market for those), but I think I'd buy one if I could especially if the $4600 US (based on the CA pricing) holds. I want the simplicity of a hardtail and I think the fat tires can compensate for the weight and make it a year round option. Appreciate any information - thanks!

Ridiculous stupid price to start with and you forgot to add in the 5-40% tariff depending on how Trump is feeling that day... easy to see why America is missing out on so many new products available in other tariff free countries. That bike will never see the light of day down under at CAD6500 !!!

I just bought a Yukon E+ in Finland while there was an ongoing discount at my local store. It’s a fantastic bike with an amazing motor—after tuning it via the Ride Control app I feel its performance even surpasses the Bosch Gen 4 that powers my Trel Rail 7.

The bike is quite tall—like a monster—but it handles snowy trails like a champ. Its turning radius is excellent, and it feels extremely stable at low speeds.

I’m not happy with the current tires; I need to set up tubeless as soon as possible and also add studs for better traction.

One more comment about the Yukon E+. I had a software issue where the motor would cut power too early. It was especially annoying when riding at a steady speed with light pedal pressure (around 50 Watts), as the system seemed to think I was about to stop. The power would suddenly drop, and it felt like hitting an “invisible wall.”
The latest software update fixed everything, and now it feels perfect.
