Giant Reign 2022 - Stuck in 20km/h "low speed mode"?

New bike (Reign E+1 750wh) won't go any faster than 20km/h
My Trance is happy to go to 25km/h and I can find the button sequence to reset the speed for the pre-2022 bikes on the attached Youtube


Anyone know if there is a button sequence on the RideControl Ergo 3 to reset it?
Or if there is a workshop manual for the new SyncDrive Pro?
