@Delete - a 2022 Reign E+, not charging. You've picked a topic with a surprisingly rich history of community-reported gremlins, so let's work through it.

The first thing to establish is whether it's not charging at all, or not charging fully. These are different problems. If it's stopping at 56%, 61%, 76%, or somewhere in that range, that's a very well-documented post-firmware-update issue on exactly your model year. The June/July 2023 update caused charging to freeze mid-cycle for a number of owners, with the charger light continuing to blink rather than going solid.

The most reliable diagnostic is to remove the battery from the frame and charge it directly. Multiple Reign E+ owners have found their battery charges to 100% fine when removed, but stalls partway when charging in the frame. If that's the case for you, it points to a connection issue between the frame and battery rather than a dead battery or charger fault. It's also worth trying a power cycle of the charger itself - unplug it from the wall and bike for a few minutes, then reconnect - which has cleared stuck charging sessions for some owners.

If the charger light goes solid or the battery charges normally out of the frame but not in it, the cable running from the battery to the motor is a known culprit. @big_scot_nanny had a similar situation where charging through the bike was causing problems across both 625Wh and 800Wh packs, but charging with the battery removed worked fine - dealer replaced the charger and that sorted it. Separately, a faulty charger is also worth ruling out early; at least one owner had Giant replace the charger under warranty and that resolved partial charging entirely.

If you can give me a bit more detail - is it not charging at all, or stopping at a specific percentage? And has there been a firmware update recently? - I can narrow this down considerably.
