Gen 1 Kenevo Battery

Morning Riders,

I was riding in wales over the last few days and it was fairly wet. Sadly on both mine and my partners kenevo the battery’s have failed. Mine wouldn’t turn off and the lights were flashing red and green and now it won’t turn on at all or charge. Any advice?

Would it turn off if you disconnected the motor connection ? (probably too late to determine that now).

Unusual to get similar faults on two bikes at the same time.

Make sure the socket is meticulously clean.

Frustrating !!!

Gutted tbh…new motor then a f’d battery

That does really really really suck ! Especially as the motor sounded like it fixed your other problem.

Yeah I guess it is what it is…£600 for a battery now. Hopefully I get a warranty with that
