Hey,
Anyone having upshifting problems with this bike? When upshifting, the rear derailleur often won't react and several seconds later when I push the upshift lever again, when it finally upshifts it goes up two gears, not one. This was happening most in the 4th-7th chainrings. I've had it back to the selling shop 3 time times now. The technician, who say he has not had training on this latest electronic shifting, says he has done all he knows and it is adjusted properly and says it doesn't like to shift under load. It does the bad shifting under all conditions.
Please advise if yours does this and what you've done to fix it. Incredibly frustrating. Thanks in advance
