"Just a rant! I really love SPECIALIZED bikes : I have 3 of them, including a CREO SL EXPERT CARBON (2023). But I've been waiting for over 3 months for a replacement motor under warranty, with no certainty that the new deadline (1 month) will be respected.

This situation is unacceptable and should be taken into consideration when purchasing a bike."

Thats ridiculous.

Can't you buy one and get a refund if the warranty pays for it? Thats what I did last time, took about a week (UK)

It's absurd, in Italy they change it in 2 days, it depends ONLY on the dealer here, they have a spare, so in the meantime they fix the bike and the customer is happy, then they make do with specialized
