In the UK, 500W motors *are legal* provided they deliver that power only at peak, with a nominal 250W average.

All the performance Bosch motors put out around 500W peak.

So the 500W Bafang M600 would be road-legal in the UK and EU, provided the control software is designed for this market.

Is going to be direct or retailer selling ?
Sugest to work on battery compartment to reduce size (looks a bit shunky).
