Frame Only option for EP8?

Hi all,
I have a spare EP8 motor and 630wh battery, and I would be interested in building up an ebike if possible. It doesn’t need to be a great frame, as I would be building it just for the fun in building a bike, and then selling it assuming I could profit some. Are there any options out there people have heard of?

Admin, you can delete this thread. Cross posted in the “General” section as it doesn’t have to do with the Shimano Motor specifically, and I’d also like to learn about other bike builds with various motors.
