Levo Gen 3 Fox Float X2 factory replacement

I bought my bike used with the 2022 Float X2 Performance shock on it. I noticed it didn't hold air very well and I heard that they were replacing them with the 2024 model, so I packed it up and sent it to Fox earlier this week. I'll get a new shock for $199, which seems like a pretty good deal to me, but I'm curious how long this is going to take? My appt. day was today but I didn't hear anything. I assume they are going to look mine over and send me the same spec one. I was hoping to get it back next week.
Also, is there any warranty on the new shock?

I've usually received a shock back from FOX within a week of them receiving it.

I sent mine in for the replacement and they, in the UK, were fantastic and quick. I had it sent, done and back within 1 week.

I believe there was 12 months, not absolutely sure as it was early last year.

I just sent mine to Silverfish for a service. Will they update it to 2024 spec?

I got my new Float X2 today. Sure looks nice! I'll get a ride in tomorrow, and it does come with a 1 year warranty!
