Found an appropriate sign near Cave Creek Arizona

I wish our landlords(Provincial Parks) had the money to name and maintain our trails on our mountain…but they don’t. It seems like small signs like this are quickly taken down or destroyed for some reason or another.

Almost daily I stop for any user that seems to be lost. It’s usually at a junction, or someone starring into their phone, or someone realizing there’s only one way out. I think any of us would help with directions.

Designating certain roads or trails to a specific group can be a slippery slope and almost impossible to regulate on this mountain. Here, a local builder had constructed a really good feature on a popular trail. IMO, he made one mistake.

During the night, I suppose, this feature was destroyed.
