I’m looking into upgrading the forks on my wife’s Powerfly.
It’s currently running Suntour XCM 34 coil forks which aren‘t particularly good.

What’s a decent 120mm fork for an ebike?

Any reason why I couldn’t fit the Pike Ultimate forks off my bike to the Powerfly?

If the steerer tube is long enough, no. You might want to drop the travel a bit though, or fit a longer stroke shock.

I would consider Slightly more travel 130 to 140.
