I'd love nothing more but I've done my shoulder in and it really hurts! Think it's my rotating cuff muscle, or one of them, did it on the skills loop at the bottom. Hit the last berm way to fast and both wheels slid out from under me. Picked myself up, then had to retrieve the bike from the back side of the berm! Which tracks do you do? I've done Sheeps skull, Ski Run and Corkscrew on the Focus (Freeminers and Blue I keep for my Capra) I did try the GBU, but haven't done the two big drop offs as yet.

I usually do the Freeminers and a couple of laps of the Verderers finishing with Launchpad and Countdown. My balls have shrunk considerably since the 90's when I was playing at being a DHer on a bike that's considerably less able than my current stable...

Straight into the wash and now slowly drying!

I rinsed mine in the shower at the FoD. £1 for 3 mins and bloody hot and pretty powerful by the way. Shame the floor was minging.
