Not sure what that means…
The price performance ratio is not good
Have you ridden one?
For the size discussion, i am 6'4" and chose the s4 core3 model. Even If they state some of their riders like s3, i doubt that that will work out for me. On the druidv2 s4 fits perfectly! Would not want a smaller size. With long legs (inseam of 93cm or 36.5 Inches) s3 would be too cramped.
I preordered the s4 in electric core3. The lbs called back some days later. Hardly any s4 Bikes at release available here in Germany.
I am in now for s4 core3 or lite3.
With my reign e+ and its 27,5kg weight (60lbs), 625wh battery and my 210 lbs , i am getting around 4300 feet vertical on 20 to 25 Miles out of it running above eco. Thats with an inefficient yamaha Motor .
So i guess both versions will do IT for me in the end.
OK, you do that...No but the parts are low budget... I will get the new Bullit Xo RSV cheaper then a core 3 build.
Choosing a bike by the components is bizarreNo but the parts are low budget... I will get the new Bullit Xo RSV cheaper then a core 3 build.
exactly, parts can be changed, geometry notChoosing a bike by the components is bizarre
Curious what the pricing is for the core 3 and the bullit where you live?No but the parts are low budget... I will get the new Bullit Xo RSV cheaper then a core 3 build.

I have seen a couple of test videos on youtube comparing the efficiency of the giant sync drive 2 pro to avinox, bosch gen4 and 5, speci 2.2 and ep801 shimano.. The giant came out last. Not by far though.I thought the Yamaha motor is known to be very efficient?
At your weight with only 625w, sure sounds like it is.
I would not expect a HP DJI to do quite as well, regarding efficiency.
but if you dig the high stack, long cs geometry there is not much else in the market right now with a motor, the bullit is quite conservative in comparisonI too shop for the frame mostly, but I get why he doesn't want to spend top dollar for subpar components if there are other bikes that also meet his criteria, for a bunch less money.
This is true.but if you dig the high stack, long cs geometry there is not much else in the market right now with a motor, the bullit is quite conservative in comparison
This is true.
If you want that geo, there is only one place to get it!
But I think others are a bit more on the fence. I'm in that category. I know what's worked for me in the past and can't buy an E-Druid without a significant test ride as it's pretty different.
I decided to stick with what I know and just wait on the CX-R Regulator.
Different strokes for different folks as they say.
I wonder if smooth shift will work with the gx transmission derailleur.Riding an amflow whilst waiting for this. It’s definitely worth getting an XO rear mech for the auto shift, smooth shift and chain protection features. They all work very well in tandem with the motor.
Are we supposed to know who or where they are?Cycle Highlands have/had a Demo S3 this weekend, unfortunately I'm too busy moving house to get up and swing a leg over but it looks mega
If youre in the uk yes. Be good to hear if anyone went. Are we supposed to know who or where they are?
Well yeah, there's a thing called GoogleAre we supposed to know who or where they are?
Would something like the gasgas ecc meet that geometry criteria?but if you dig the high stack, long cs geometry there is not much else in the market right now with a motor, the bullit is quite conservative in comparison
Last week I received a call from my LBS, who had placed my CorE order in December, said their was an issue manufacturing the chainstays, and now expected mine to be here early September. Mine is in the second wave. I had been told late August to early September to begin with. So, not too disappointed. Just excited to get it.I think Fall is probably a more legitimate target date. If you got in with a dealer early, maybe you'll get lucky. I think the holdup is DJI.
That's not too bad, my preorder is in the first batch so hoping August, was told slim chsnce of July but I don't have my hopes up for thatLast week I received a call from my LBS, who had placed my CorE order in December, said their was an issue manufacturing the chainstays, and now expected mine to be here early September.
