Focus charging

Had new battery fitted to my focus, problem I'm having now is it won't let the charging cable attached, seems like the magnetic has reversed and pushing it back, any body had this problem, cheers

I've had a new battery but I've not had that problem.
What happens if you fit the charging cable 180deg out?

If you have a TEC pack that would make it unusable, because the connector cable will be too short for the 180deg solution.

This has got to go back to whoever fitted the battery for you.
