Levo Gen 3 Flipped my headset and have an O-Ring Left Over

I flipped my headset and wasn't exactly prepared for what would come next. I got everything back together but couldn't figure out where this O-ring goes. I've got the SWAT tool version headset. I looked on the Stem page of the small part schematic manual but couldn't spot it on there.

If someone can help me figure out where it goes I'd appreciate it.
