Was it an easy choice to get a 140mm travel instead of 120mm? How does one decide?

Only reason I went 140 was cost the 120 race was more expensive, I am not a mad down hill mtb'er but I have never bottomed outand still have plenty of travel left, normally ride on medium setting on the rear to be honest 120 would have been fine simply down to cost and availability.

Very useful, thanks. how do you adjust the rear shocks? Do you have to add air to them or is it a spring?
I’m only familiar with Suntour front springs.

This is done using the blue switch 3 settings full lock out, medium and full travel/rebound, front forks are the same fox 34's
