Family summer holiday?

My eldest and I like technical trails. We (whole family) use to go on a camping near a lift up resort in the Alps on our summer holiday. Half of the days we go biking half we do family stuff. But since I bought a emtb now, we are looking for a nice destination where we :
1. can rent a second emtb for a few days.
2. Have nice technical trails.
3. Lots of family activities
4. Good weather
5. Up to max 1000 km from Belgium.

Any suggestions.

My wife (girlfriend the time) and I traveled to Croatia long time ago. We had a great time. It is however a bit to get to drive in one day. I assume we will come back one day though. I'll keep your company in mind.
