Error w101 😫😭

App throws w101 error because there's no speed signal. Sensor magnet and speed sensor are correct and in its place... It seems it's related to the wire from the motor to the sensor...

Any help? Did it happen to anybody? Bike has only 3 months and less than 300kms..

I fixed (temporarily) it moving the wire close to the on/off button. I think it's the EW-SS301 wire??

Not sure if it's the only wire that goes from the motor to the sensor but I'd need to buy one just in case it'll happen again.. Anybody know where could I buy one?

Hmmm, pretty sure the sensor wire has a pigtail which can't be replaced. You'd probably have to get a new sensor and remove the old one and plug it into the motor. Additionally, make sure you still got a magnet in your rear rotor.

Should be it, it has a SD300 type cable on the end with wings. Fairly easy to install - albeit, you'll be dropping the motor

Just got my Rise back with a new motor fitted and after the first ride out I checked the Etube app and saw the same error, W10100.
