Ebike Decision YT SHRED - Commencal Team 2021 Ep8

I am getting rid of my 2018 Levo Carbon 29 for an ebike with more travel. Should I get a YT Shred for $6k with the old Shimano Steps 8000 motor, or wait until Feb when I can get the Commencal 29 Meta Power with the EP8 motor (Zeb Fork) and bigger battery for $6500? I feel like with my 210 lbs weight, the bigger motor and batter would be helpful for me, and commencal has a good history. Any thoughts?

for what its worth, for my money I would have done the same.. so, how long you gotta wait?

Mid February. I can't wait. I hope I like the EP8 motor, the Brose motor was powerful.
