e150 locknut recall?

Has anyone heard of this problem? Locknut between crank and motor not torqued up enough. Apparently affects a small number of e150s from the factory

A mate of mine got a call from his Whyte dealer to say bring the bike in so we can check the locknut
I haven't looked at mine closely so not sure if a special tool is required
