E tube will not connect

Hey guys I thought all my woes were over now that my e Booz battery has finally been dispatched by NO now my shimano E-TUBE won’t connect to my bike it use too but now won’t wtf. Any ideas guys only been riding emtb for a couple of months and I’m really hacked off with it right now please help ???

What exactly are you doing, step by step. At what point does the problem occur? What happens? Any messages?

I’ve tried everything but finally connected with my android phone but won’t work with iPhone. At least I can adjust it now using my spare android phone ?

Would be good too. Keeps saying losing connection but it use to work fine.

I would go into the bluetooth settings on the iPhone, and do a "forget this device" for the bike controller, and then start the whole pairing process over again.

I had the same problem with iPhone - then found out there was a glitch which mean’t it wouldn’t work with latest version of iOS. They have fixed it and I have downloaded latest E- tube app and have Connected with no problems.

New bike day.

E Tube Project app connects fine used it to update all fwares, the ride app cannot find the bike. It pulls the bike name (from the cloud account?) but cannot connect to it. Have ensured I have the Project app closed. Have tried forgetting the device and starting from scratch to no avail. Connect to the wireless unit does not work either.

The Ride app also shows erroneous data as if I am moving and stops me clicking on the connect icon until the speed falls, could this be part of the problem?

Shimano apps downloaded 28/10/20 from app store
SC-E8000 ver 4.9.0 (no updates pending)
