E Tube Project App question

Does anyone know if the same E Tube Project App on one phone can operate two different bikes? I have two EMTB's and I want to know if the one app will program both bikes and not mess things up. Any advice would be very helpful.

Yes because the data is stored on the bike, not the app, the app is just the tool to adjust it.
