Dropper post upgrade on Trek Rail 7

I picked up a Oneup dropper and a Wolf Tooth remote. I haven't pulled anything apart yet, and was wondering if I can use the same cable that came with the stock dropper post and remote?

Thanks, I was actually able to use the same cable. That is until I put a nasty bend in it, putting the dropper back in straight. The new cable was probably the way to go, though. I quickly learned that my new dropper needed to sit up a few centimeters to clear the bottom of the seat tube. Overall good advice to use new cables.
