Downtube power tube rail bolts

Hi

Could someone please take a picture of their downtube bolts that fix the powertube rail system in place.

Mine appears to be correctly fixed with bolts at the motor end of the downtube but I'm absent of the 2 screws towards the steerer tube end.

I'm not sure what kind of bolts or plate I might be missing. There are 2 holes but nothing in them.

I'm wondering if they weren't put back on after having the kiox display fitted.

Mine doesn't have these bolts!! Never had them from new!!!
