Does anyone know if this is a bike part?

G'day legends,
I found this rubber thing on the floor while cleaning my 2021 Focus Jam2 6.8_9 yesterday.
I can't seem to see where it fits if it has indeed fallen off my bike.
Does anyone know if this is a bike part?

Looks like it could be the rubber bumper off the top of the rear mech.
Assuming its the XT mech, have a look here for its position and re-fitting

Mate!!! You are a legend. I'm running the Shimano Deore XT M8100, so that would be it I reckon.
I will put it back on tonight.
I hope no damage has occurred running without it for a few rides.
