Yesterday i did a 50cm drop with a fox float dps performance elite in firm position..
I've completelly forgotten it closed after a ride on tarmac..
Did i damage it?
now Firm position locks it out. but if i sit on the bike it it gives in slightly like a little sag

It happens to the best of us, friends have occasionally ridden and complained about suspension feeling stiff until realizing an hour later they've been riding with it locked :]

From march it happens again.
i've discovered that from medium to firm it switches it self if does't ”click” and one day i did an entire downhill on firm position.
so i decided to recover it to my suspensions technician and he said that the gas was mess with the oil…but fortunately no problem to the little mechanism inside
