Made this for 29er wheels. Print the main body and then choose the extension you want, short does it for me.
GLue the two parts with a few drops of CA and use a bit of foam where the clamp of the main body touches the frame so it doesnt rattle or scratch.
Use 2 zipties through the holes and you are good to go.

Hello Mark.

Nice job. Just it needs to go down to the bottom. As down as possible, as this is the problem, mud going into bearings.
Even this length of your guard wont help you to splash on dropper and your ass. ;)

I have one which sits perfectly after little tuning. Check Zefal front fender.
