OK, is it worth doing? What are the benefits and cost (UK) to do so?

It's perfectly fine now, I don't one of those mobile phone updates that magically slows the phone down..

I think most bike shops charge about 30 quid to update the firmware, it literally takes 5 to 10 minutes with the laptop.

Whether it's worth it is down to you. Check the release notes here and decide if it's worth it

Doesn't seem worth the hassle. Nearest Trek dealer is 4 miles away and I'd need to pay for parking.
