Hi I got my bike a month ago but due to the crap weather & work have only been out on it 3 times.
Was planning a good blast out after work this evening so fully charged the battery fir the 1st time to 100%.
Got to the Llandegla MTB Trails put the battery on only to find that it wouldn't turn on!
Battery has 100% power showing on it but the app is showing 49% which is what was on it when I took it off so it looks like the app is not connecting to the bike.............this is a big problem as I have the security set so that if the display or my phone are away from the bike.........it won't start!
I've done the 15 second reset thing on the battery, powered off my phone & brought it back up with zero effect.
The last thing I've done is disconnect the bike from Bluetooth & then tried to re-discover it............nothing!!
Anybody else having this issue???
