Cube 0NE77 not turning on at control

Hi,

My battery is charged and connected well.
My bike wont turn on pressing the controller.

However, if i plug in the charger, turn it on and then off straight away and unplug it from the bike then I can turn thebike on as the controller works.

I can then ride it no probs. I can turn it off and on.
But, If I leave it for awhile (few hours) it goes back to not working until I repeat the process.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Bizarre ...
No idea, but first think to do is to check eventual cable loose connections to controls, display, etc .
