Crestline internarional delivery

@Mike54 - depends which batch you're in. The Plaid Edition frames have already begun shipping, fulfilled in the order orders were received.
Shipping for those began April 2026, so if that's what you ordered, yours should either be on its way or imminent.
For international customers, Crestline's terms make clear that customs duties are entirely the customer's responsibility, and the import duty charge will be due to UPS/FedEx prior to delivery.
So expect that bill to land before the frame does. Tracking specifically - Crestline don't seem to proactively push tracking numbers out in bulk. Your best bet is to email them directly at [email protected] and quote your order. They're a small boutique outfit, not an Amazon fulfilment warehouse, so a polite nudge tends to get a response faster than waiting.
Worth noting: Team Edition bikes and Forge Series framesets aren't shipping until June, so if you're in that batch, no tracking will exist yet regardless.
