Has anyone hear ever imported a Crestline? Considering purchasing one and I'm wondering if anyone has got one in without having to pay GST, and has anyone ever had any issues with them withholding the bike to make sure it complies with will the Australian rules?

Hi TurdFarmer, I have imported a Crestline and the process was quite easy and the bike arrived within approx. 12-15 days at my front door. FedExp is the carrier and they contact you when the bike arrives in Aust,(Troydon provides all the paperwork they require in advance)they advise the amount you have to pay then once paid, I received the bike is 2-3 days. Like you I was hesitant, first time I had imported anything and it went really smoothly. Troydon has it all sorted and I would encourage you to give him a call/email - he is incredibly responsive and supportive. Bike are great - do it!
