My Levo SL developed an annoying clicking/cracking sound from the fork when riding over any rough terrain. I took off the front wheel and determined that it seemed to be coming from the area near where the stanchion meets the crown on one side of the fork. Pulling the fork arm back and forward produced the noise (left and right made no noise). I thought it was the dreaded CSU issue. To cut a long story short, it turned out to be related to the cap on the fork which was not something I would have thought would be the cause. Removing and reinstalling the cap has fixed the problem. Posting this in case anyone else has this issue in future.
