Clickety front rotor

Hello all, I recently upgraded the brakes front and rear from 180mm to 203mm and from a low level Shimano caliper to 2 pot Shimano XT. I did the front one first and assumed the clicking I got to be normal as the new disk is thinner with bigger ventilation holes. Now I've also done the back one there's no clicking coming from there so I'm wondering what I've done wrong.

Don't know the answer but you are not on your own. The Magura front brake on my Focus is also a bit clickety.
