This blew my mind the other week so thought I'd share as it contains a bike ride after all ...
check out this noise on an analogue measuring device (Oscilloscope)... the image is the physical manifestation of the digitally created sound frequencies.
Its created purely by the crossover points of the sound wavelenghts, just L/R channels mapped on different axis!!!!!
