I'm looking at getting my Fiancée a Petrigo fs ebike. I can get one for £885.00. Comes with a Bafang hub drive 350 watt motor & a 36v 13.5 Ah battery using Samsung cells.
It all sounds good & YouTube reviews seem in favour. It's so we can get out at the weekend together (hence why I going down the cheaper option).
It'll only get used once in a while & when mine's VOR for whatever reason.
Has anyone got or had experience with these?
It's not for proper gnarly or even gnarly, just trails.

Doesn't look like anybody knows that bike.

It's not going to be great for that money, the battery for my ebike costs nearly as much as that bike.
But it will probably be fine for family trail and road use.
lf you are in the U.K. you might be better looking at Decathlon's cheap ebikes, they do some hardtails at around £1,000 and you'd almost certainly be better with one of those.

lf nothing else, at least you would have somewhere to take it back if anything went wrong with it or you needed spare parts.
